Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard in addition to debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and post or by email.

Shipping and Handling

We will endeavour to ship your order within five working days from date of confirmation of your order. International orders are generally received in seven to ten days depending on your country location.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the status of your order and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added on the price of the item itself. All other orders are VAT free.

Return policy

We provide a fourteen (14) day period to return any product that we sell, except for special order watches which may not be returned. To be credited for a return, the watch must be returned to us in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition. Please ensure that you strictly follow the procedures below to receive credit on a return:

Until you are certain that you will keep the watch, do not wear it. A new watch worn even one time for a short period will show signs of wear to both the strap and case, and will not be accepted for return.

The watch tag must remain intact, if it is broken the return cannot be accepted.

Do not have the bracelet resized or links removed.

All watches must be returned with their original packaging in a brand new, unused and undamaged condition. This policy applies to boxes, papers, warranty and owners manuals and any special tools. If any of these items are missing, damaged or modified, the return cannot be accepted.

You must contact us in advance by phone at 0870 760 6240 to receive an RMA number. This number must be displayed on the outside of the shipping container to expedite your return. A watch returned without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted.

Returns must be shipped by traceable courier and must be insured for their full value. You must purchase this insurance to protect against loss, theft or damage to either the watch or packaging during the return. Any loss, theft or damage incurred on a return are your sole responsibility and damaged watches will be returned to you.

The original outbound shipping and insurance charges that you paid on the purchase are not refundable, and should you choose to make a return for any reason, all return shipping and insurance charges are paid by you.

Back Orders

We hold large stocks of all products listed on the Watchdistrict.com website. If for any reason stock is not available, you will always be emailed with the status of your order and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
